Returns/Exchanges Information
Please inspect your merchandise for any defects when they first arrive. Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of invoice. Products that have been worn, or damaged due to consumer wear may not be returned.
All products must be returned in original packaging.
To request a return or exchange authorization please call
1-800-982-0939 or email support@discountsurgical.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA #).
Returns without an RA # will be refused.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was our error.
We only sell the highest quality products. All products are guaranteed first quality and are always tested and evaluated by the manufacturer before being shipped.
