The 860 Series products are designed to be comfortable and are very easy to puton and take off, making them an excellent choice for end users who may have haddifficulty with this process. The Pantyhose have an expandable, knit-inwaistband for greater comfort, and the calf style has a soft top band forincreased comfort.

Sized for Men and Women
Special sizes are available for Men and Women, ensuring a "custom" fitin the foot area.

The Calf style is available in Extra Large.

The Sigvaris 860 Select Comfort Series is constructed of spandex that is wrappedwith a smooth nylon thread. This construction combines durability with a smooth,opaque fashionable look while providing excellent medical effectiveness.

Pantyhose models are made with a graduated compression panty that eliminateslines between panty and leg. The pantyhose and maternity pantyhose have the lookof an opaque stocking.

Knee Hi
Measure the ankle circumference above the anklebone (narrowest part).

Measure thickest part of the calf.

Determine the length by measuring from the crease of the knee to bottom of the heel. -
For a closed toe please include your shoe size.

Half Thigh
Measure the ankle circumference above the anklebone (narrowest part).

Measure the circumference at mid-thigh.

Determine the length by measuring from the mid-thigh to the bottom of the heel. -

Thigh Hi
Measure the ankle circumference above the anklebone (narrowest part).

Measure the thigh circumference at the groin around one leg.

Determine the length by measuring from under the buttocks to the bottom of the heel. -

Pantyhose
Measure the ankle circumference above the anklebone (narrowest part).

Measure the thigh circumference at the groin around one leg.

Measure around Hip and Waist

Determine the length by measuring from under the buttocks to the bottom of the heel. -

Remember to measure your bare leg when swelling is at a minimum.

I've worn this product for a couple of yrs. I have also worn the knee high's and find this thigh hi to be more comfort and compatible for dress wear. For dress-up occasions I can wear the regular support panty hose and can hardly wait to change clothes and get into my compression thigh hi's. They give so much comfort and support! I recommend his product. 5 stars!
