Sigvaris 503 C 30-40 mmHg
Knee High Open Toe
High Compression Unisex Stockings
Natural Rubber Material

Features:
• Remarkable
Numerous scientific studies have shown the medical effectiveness of the 500 Natural Rubber Series. The material has a remarkably low 1% to 2% fatigue rate, making the stocking ideal for those with serious indications or long-term therapy.

• Unique
Manufactured from double-covered elastodien yarn, a yarn made from soft, natural rubber and offering the greatest degree of elasticity while maintaining sustained compression throughout the day.

• Easy Wear
Made from a porous, extremely permeable, and highly elastic fabric which makes the stocking easy to pull on and off, even in the higher compression categories.

• Durable
The knitted fabric is double-covered textured yarn, and therefore retains its shape and is extremely durable.

I have found the product meets my needs and are easy to put on. I have several pairs (7) andI wash them in a washing machine and dry them on a line inside, this mimimizes my time tp maitain my hose. I will continue to purchase this procuct on line.

I had severe vericose veins in my right lower leg which in 1996 turned into a serious ulcer, an open wound-type condition. A great doctor saved my leg from possible amputation by stripping veins and reparing ulcer with skin grafting, thus healing opened ulcer. Afterwards he instructed me to wear "Sigvaris compression socks" on my leg to maintain health. I have done so, and my leg is still O.K. 14 years later. SPECIAL NOTE: Because of financial distress last year I tried another cheaper brand to see if a more "affordable" compression sock would work. It did not. The stocking developed a tear in less than 30 days and my leg swelled somewhat, thankfully only mildly but could have swelled much worse had I been stupid enough to continue trying to save a few bucks. I bought a new pair of Sigvaris socks and am doing much better now. Take my advice: do yourself a favor and don't be tempted to try a save a few bucks, get Sigvaris because your health and well-being deserve it!

Love love these support stockings. My legs feel great after a 10 hour day mostly on my feet. I never have swollen ankles anymore. Using the gloves they go on easily, they fit well and are very comfortable, even on a hot humid day.

I have been wearing support knee-hi's for more than 20 years and Sigvaris Natural Rubber may be a bit more costly, but they are the only ones I have found that don't roll down at the knee. I have tried many brands,(and have used the roll on stick for slipping), but always come back to these hose. I live on a dairy farm, and also cook 5 hours a day at the High school,so I am very active, but I am short and a bit on the heavy side.I have two pair going at a time,in the morning I go to the barn,mid-morning I go to work and put the "work" pair on, and when I get home, switch back to the "barn"pair. they are easy on/off with no rolling and digging in my calf. There are so many size choices that it is no problem to get the right fit !!! I also like the open toe because I have thick toe nails, and I can wear socks with no tightness and pressing on the toes.("In the cold Wisconsin weather" ) I like to swim in the summer, so I keep an old pair for the pool because the chemicals are very hard on any hose....but still give me a little support for the pool !!!. Thank you, discountsurgical for stocking so many choices with "cheaper than medical store"prices.........

My doctor prescribed Sigvaris stockings for me 45 years ago. I am still wearing them and found the Natural Rubber Material the most comfortable for all day wear. Will never change brands in spite of the added costs.
