The JOBST Ready to Wear Arm Sleeve & Gauntlet are specially designed for patients with mild edema, patients who cannot tolerate higher compression or have donning issues.
The Jobst Arm Sleeve is ideal for the management of lymphedema of the arm. Advanced technology allows us to knit exceptionally soft and comfortable arm sleeves that provide proven compression for the management of lymphedema.

Measure the ankle circumference above the anklebone (narrowest part).
Measure thickest part of the calf.
Determine the length by measuring from the crease of the knee to bottom of the heel.

For a closed toe please include your shoe size.
Half Thigh
Measure the ankle circumference above the anklebone (narrowest part).
Measure the circumference at mid-thigh.
Determine the length by measuring from the mid-thigh to the bottom of the heel.

Measure the ankle circumference above the anklebone (narrowest part).
Measure the thigh circumference at the groin around one leg.
Determine the length by measuring from under the buttocks to the bottom of the heel.

Measure the ankle circumference above the anklebone (narrowest part).

Measure around Hip
and Waist 
Determine the length by measuring from under the buttocks to the bottom of the heel.
- Remember to measure your bare leg when swelling is at a minimum.

I've used the Jobst Arm Sleeve for about 5 years now. Tried the sleeve with silicone and it itched my arm, so I'm sticking with this. The fit is excellent, but a lymphedema specialist measured for me. If yours doesn't fit, re-measure. I automatically reorder every six months. That seems to work for me. I have one for around the house and another that I wear in public. It doesn't take long to get a smudge or tear on mine, so I don't wear my new ones for housework. Would recommend to a friend. The price is high, but then how can I put a price on the health of my arm?

I have purchased Jobst Armsleeves 20-30 for a friend.
In the country were she lives, this item is not available and
this brand was highly recommended by her oncologist.
She wears it to prevent lymphatic endemia, that affects her
after breast cancer surgery,when her lympth nodes were removed.
The Jobst armsleeves help relieve her swelling and helps her to carry normal activities.
