Measure thickest part of the calf.
Determine the length by measuring from the crease of the knee to bottom of the heel.

Even though these are very expensive, they are the best I have found. Tried other brands but they are too hard to put on and do not feel nearly as good as the Jobst brand

I have worn Jobst stockings for over 10 years. i have tried other brands but go back to Jobst because of the fine texture and good support. The only downside I could mention is the toe box is sometimes a little tight and binds my toes.

I really like the feel of the Jobst stockings. I have tried others and they are rough or unpleasant feeling.
My legs feel well supported. The only problem I have is the toe area is tight for me and sometimes I have a problem with the toes binding. I have tried the Sigvarus and they come in 2nd. They are not rough like some of the others, and have a little more toe room, but they are a little too slippery and my foot tends to get more irritated in my shoes. I hate wearing support hose, but since I have to I am thankful for the Jobst.

These socks are very comfortable, and I like the lighter feel to them for the warmer months of the year. The quality is great as always. They seem to have a slightly different fit than usual, I think a little longer; and the toes seem a bit more roomy. The honey color is great for this season, not too pale nor too dark. The price was excellent for the Jobst brand name. I would definitely recommend this socks!

My doctor recommended these (20-30 compression knee highs) as initial treatment for my veins. My calves and the portion of my leg just below my knee is large. The hose feels good, although they started to roll down on the second wearing even though I ordered the larger size than technically I needed. They become uncomfortable and cut in at the top, but others may not have that issue if their leg area is smaller below the knee. I ordered Honey in the sheer and it really isn't sheer and the color is lighter than I thought. I have ordered black in the sheer which will b fine for this time of year. Another issue I had is that the hose squeaks in my shoes and I have to wear a thin pair of socks over them to prevent that. That gets warm. I may order toeless for the next pair to see if that is cooler on my feet. I'd like to go for footless, but I'm not sure if that would be bad for my ankles. The toe room was great in the Honey, but very short in the black, although same same and same style.
