I am very happy with my order from Discount Surgical.

It's soft and comfortable. I ordered long, which is really long; so if you're not sure, go with regular. I might get the 30-40 compression next time because it doesn't feel as tight as my sleeves usually feel. Who knows, maybe it doesn't need to feel that tight. Satisfied with product and will order again.

i use this arm sleeve to help control my Lymph Edema in my left arm due to Breast Cancer. It helps keep my arm from retaining too much fluid.

I have four pairs of Juzo sleeves and I really like how they fit and feel. If you must wear a compression sleeve then it is a must that you wear one that is comfortable and stays up on your arm without slipping off the upper section of your arm. The silicone keeps your sleeve in place and feels comfortable against your skin. I recommend Juzo products to anyone needing a compression garment to stay healthy.

I have buying these for 3 years, the biege color ones are not of the same quality of the cinnamon colred ones, why I do not know. The beige wore out, lost the tightness in one month. I will not waste my money on the beige ones again. Shipping is not the fastest but they do arrive. Sorry if you have lymphedema.

We order sleeves from Discount Surgical because of pricing, recommended by therapist. There was a problem with our last order which was quickly resolved to our satisfaction and we received another 10% discount on top of the one we were already getting.

I got the size I needed from my physical therapist, who also provided some local stores (30 miles away) . Buying this at Discount Surgical Supplies, online was easier and cheaper than driving to a store. The online store provided the tracking data, so I could 'see' where my purchase was during shipping. No regrets.

The Juzo product is a good one, fits well, reliable sizing. On this order, however, the service left something to be desired. Initially I attempted a live chat and was told that no one was available, but if I left my question someone would get back with me. That never happened. I placed the order without having my question answered. I got a confirmation email, but was never notified that the product had shipped. There was no response to my email inquiry. Several days later I called and was told by a rather rude operator that one of the sleeves was on backorder. She was unable to tell me when it might be available. Neither could she tell me why I was not notified of the backorder or why the other sleeve had not been shipped. I asked that the other sleeve be sent ASAP. The following day I received a message by phone that both sleeves were being shipped. My next order went to another company.

Exact replacement for the one that was lost.

I ordered this item after I had checked the prices in my area. The online prices beat any store that I called. Service was very fast. The help desk was excellent. The product was exactly as advertised. With the silicone beads the sleeve stays up all day no matter how much exercise you do. Color blends well with clothing. Do not hesitate to purchase.

Q & A

Ask a Question
Questions that are on Your Mind
Q: Can you help me with sizing?
A: You can view the size chart here: size chart
You will need accurate measurements, so first learn how to measure.
Q: What is compression? What is the difference in compression?
A: You wear compression stockings to improve blood flow in your legs. Compression stockings gently squeeze your legs to move blood up your legs. This helps prevent leg swelling and, to a lesser extent, blood clots.
Q: What does mmHg mean?
A: mmhg stands for "millimeter of mercury", a way to measure pressure. The higher the number, the tighter the garment will squeeze and the more compression it provides.
Q: How can we wash the garments? And with which soap or detergent?
A: We recommend to hand wash in warm water and air dry. You can use mild soup of the washing solution that we provide such as the jobst jolastic, hosiery mate washing solution, sigvaris liquid washing solution etc. See our full washing instructions.
Q: What is the difference between open toe and close toe?
A: There is no therapeutic difference between open and closed toe socks. The choice is yours, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: What is opaque?
A: Opaque is a thicker material that provides great coverage and your skin will be far less visible. Usually worn in winter because of the thickness.
Q: What is sheer?
A: Sheer is a thinner, dressier material. Customer usually like these because they can use them as dress socks for work or church.
Q: Do I get compression at the toe area?
A: No. Compression begins at the ankle and gradually lessens as it goes up the leg. This reduces pooling in the legs and helps the veins return blood to the heart.
Q: Will a thicker material give me more support than the sheer material?
A: No. The compression provided is measured by mmHg and is the same no matter the material. The choice of material is up to you, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: If I get pantyhose will I get more compression than with a knee-hi?
A: No.
Q: Where are you? How's the weather?
A: We are located in Brooklyn, NY. Here is the current weather in our part of town. We hope the sun is shining by you!
