Of all the different types of Firm Compression Hosiery, I have worn or sold, these are not only the most comfortable, they also are the easiest to get on and off. If you hand wash these socks with a recommended liquid detergent (Sigvaris has their own, and Jobst has their own) they will last you many months of daily usage. These Sigvaris socks relieve the leg fatigue that my job as a cashier, has a tendency to cause. My mother had bad varicose veins, and I am just trying to prevent those from occuring by wearing the 20-30 mmhg compression hosiery. I actually look forward to getting these socks on every day. I feel the cotton in Sigvaris makes all the difference to a comfortable and exact fit.

we first used a medium size after careful measuring. it was much too tight. so we bought the large size in 20-30 mm compression snd it's fine. thanks.

I have long believed in firm support of my lower legs. My mother and sister have had lots of problems with varicosities. I spend a decent amount of time standing, and over the years have tried almost all of the brands of support stockings. The other brands for the most part always felt like cardboard . With Sigvaris, the idea of cotton in the stockings was interesting, so I tried 2 pair about 3 years ago. The fit is so good that I actually look forward to getting my day started with my coffee, and getting the cotton sigvaris socks on my legs. I now own 10 pair I wear daily, and hand wash them regularly with sigvaris washing solution. So far they are wearing better than any pair I have in my collection. These stockings are soft, give wonderful support, and stay intact if you take care of them.

I have been wearing support hose for years. My legs are heavy and I suffer from edema. I have never found the proper size before, too tight, too long, just not comfortable. I ordered the XL XLong last year and they were too long and gathered up and pinched at the ankle and knee. These, XL Short fit perfectly, stay smooth, don't bunch or pinch and are comfortable all day. They are much easier to put on and take off. I have tried the sheers too but these are more comfortable and look pretty good.

These have the best fit and overall comfort of any support hose I've worn. I have been wearing support hose at the recommendation of my doctor for 20 years. The appearance is not as nice as the shearer stockings but they are entirely acceptable. The color "crispa" is good as well. I have tried the long length in the past and they wrinkled at the ankle and rolled at the knee, the short length is perfect. I will only wear these in the future.

I purchase the cotton compression stocking because I have circulation problems in my leg and they are cooler since I live in a warm climate. They are comfortable for everyday use.

I'm very satisfied with these stockings. My doctor prescribed Sigvaris stockings when I was first diagnosed as needing compression stockings and since then (about 20 years), I've worn Sigvaris stockings with no complaints or problems.

I was a little disappointed in that the stocking felt more nylon when I was expecting a more cotton type althetic sock. I would not wear these hiking or in sports for fear of damaging them. On the plus side, they do fit fairly well & do not slip or roll down through out the day.
