It works 0 people found this helpfulFinally found it!! Many years ago this used to be called Up Tight and it promoted and used to keep women nylons up without the used of girdle clips. Unfortunately it came out at the same time as pantyhose so it lost the market. I have been looking for it for years to keep sleeves up when I want to wear them pushed up the arm. It works wonderfully well!!
