I’ve had to use thigh highs on my right leg for 6 years now . All day everyday. So I have bought almost every brand. But these are priced so well and I can buy them more often. They are my favorite . I would say the downside is the COLOR. Once in awhile it’s great. But most the time they are a little too orange . I feel they need to be more consistent with that.

I wear these stockings everyday. they fit well and do not walk down your thighs like others I have tried. I have worn them for two summers now with my shorts and although my legs now appear feminine as wearing nylons.....I do not care! I had phlebectomy surgery last Jan and was told as long as I wear them no further surgery will be needed. If not I will need additional surgery within 5 years. So I wear them every day in public. They are not really hot in summer and keep my legs warmer in winter. I call them my antigravity socks and everyone gets a chuckle out of this. Men.......get with the program......if you have bad legs wear them........might even save your life. Bud

I have worn compression stocking for many years including knee highs, pantyhose and thigh highs. I am 5"10 and these are long enough, stay up and are more sheer than my others. They hand wash very well. No more pantyhose for me. I wore them post vein laser and sclerotherapy and am continuing to wear them as I will always need support for my legs. I will order more in the future.

I have worn a compression stocking for many years. Previously I had to use a roll on sticky stuff to hold them up which didn’t work well in warm weather especially. These stockings with the self holding top never slip down and are much more reasonably priced than what I was using, I was excited to find these and recommend them highly.

I have circulation issues in my legs and have experienced 2 blood clots. I also have fibromyalgia which causes my legs to swell along with bad muscle spasms. My doctor told me that I had to start wearing compression stockings.. I am a local truck driver and have to get in and out of the truck a lot and occasionally climb into the trailer to move freight. The very thought of wearing something that traditionally is worn by women really made me hesitant about putting on the stockings. One day after having come early because I was hurting so bad I ordered my first pair. I am so glad that I got over my apprehension regarding stockings. I have tried different brands, but for the money these stockings are a very good deal. Highly recommend.

I bought these compression stockings to help increase circulation. They fit well and wear well. Not into vanity as long as they do the job of squeezing the leg. I bought these wth the closed toe and like them much better than open toe. I am in between sizes and went for the smaller size. I love them enough to do a second order. Guys need to get over the nylons for women only thing and wear the stockings. My legs feel like 21 again. I know this dibilitation is with me forever so I choose to prolong.my life. Wear the stockings! Help prevent stroke and heart attack from blood clots!

At first I was skeptical that these would stay up since I had always worn the full pantyhose, but they are great and much more comfortable. I ordered another pair and I am very happy with the fit .

Q & A

Ask a Question
Questions that are on Your Mind
Q: Can you help me with sizing?
A: You can view the size chart here: size chart
You will need accurate measurements, so first learn how to measure.
Q: What is compression? What is the difference in compression?
A: You wear compression stockings to improve blood flow in your legs. Compression stockings gently squeeze your legs to move blood up your legs. This helps prevent leg swelling and, to a lesser extent, blood clots.
Q: What does mmHg mean?
A: mmhg stands for "millimeter of mercury", a way to measure pressure. The higher the number, the tighter the garment will squeeze and the more compression it provides.
Q: How can we wash the garments? And with which soap or detergent?
A: We recommend to hand wash in warm water and air dry. You can use mild soup of the washing solution that we provide such as the jobst jolastic, hosiery mate washing solution, sigvaris liquid washing solution etc. See our full washing instructions.
Q: What is the difference between open toe and close toe?
A: There is no therapeutic difference between open and closed toe socks. The choice is yours, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: What is opaque?
A: Opaque is a thicker material that provides great coverage and your skin will be far less visible. Usually worn in winter because of the thickness.
Q: What is sheer?
A: Sheer is a thinner, dressier material. Customer usually like these because they can use them as dress socks for work or church.
Q: Do I get compression at the toe area?
A: No. Compression begins at the ankle and gradually lessens as it goes up the leg. This reduces pooling in the legs and helps the veins return blood to the heart.
Q: Will a thicker material give me more support than the sheer material?
A: No. The compression provided is measured by mmHg and is the same no matter the material. The choice of material is up to you, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: If I get pantyhose will I get more compression than with a knee-hi?
A: No.
