Pros: This sleeve works great! Fits exactly after following size chart carefully. The only con: maybe I didn't read the product description closely enough, but I was very surprised to find only one sleeve in the package; especially at this price. I get two thigh-highs for the same price, so I absolutely expected two arm sleeves. I will probably order another one for my less symptomatic arm, since this one has been performing so well. I didn't knock off a star, because the quality is great, but wanted to write this in case it saves someone from a bit of confusion.

High quality product. I had originally purchased my first one through a local medical supply merchant. I ordered one through Discount Surgical and found the same product identical and am able to save money thru Discount Surgical and will continue to do my purchasing through Discount Surgical.

Due to lymphedema resulting from cancer surgery, I wear compression sleeves every day. I buy two per year, at the end of every year. I like the Juzo sleeve the best, and Discount Surgical has good prices and ships promptly. The only other thing I could ask for is that I didn't need the sleeves at all!

It's soft and comfortable. I ordered long, which is really long; so if you're not sure, go with regular. I might get the 30-40 compression next time because it doesn't feel as tight as my sleeves usually feel. Who knows, maybe it doesn't need to feel that tight. Satisfied with product and will order again.

i use this arm sleeve to help control my Lymph Edema in my left arm due to Breast Cancer. It helps keep my arm from retaining too much fluid.

I have four pairs of Juzo sleeves and I really like how they fit and feel. If you must wear a compression sleeve then it is a must that you wear one that is comfortable and stays up on your arm without slipping off the upper section of your arm. The silicone keeps your sleeve in place and feels comfortable against your skin. I recommend Juzo products to anyone needing a compression garment to stay healthy.

I have buying these for 3 years, the biege color ones are not of the same quality of the cinnamon colred ones, why I do not know. The beige wore out, lost the tightness in one month. I will not waste my money on the beige ones again. Shipping is not the fastest but they do arrive. Sorry if you have lymphedema.

Q & A

Ask a Question
Questions that are on Your Mind
Q: Can you help me with sizing?
A: You can view the size chart here: size chart
You will need accurate measurements, so first learn how to measure.
Q: What is compression? What is the difference in compression?
A: You wear compression stockings to improve blood flow in your legs. Compression stockings gently squeeze your legs to move blood up your legs. This helps prevent leg swelling and, to a lesser extent, blood clots.
Q: What does mmHg mean?
A: mmhg stands for "millimeter of mercury", a way to measure pressure. The higher the number, the tighter the garment will squeeze and the more compression it provides.
Q: How can we wash the garments? And with which soap or detergent?
A: We recommend to hand wash in warm water and air dry. You can use mild soup of the washing solution that we provide such as the jobst jolastic, hosiery mate washing solution, sigvaris liquid washing solution etc. See our full washing instructions.
Q: What is the difference between open toe and close toe?
A: There is no therapeutic difference between open and closed toe socks. The choice is yours, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: What is opaque?
A: Opaque is a thicker material that provides great coverage and your skin will be far less visible. Usually worn in winter because of the thickness.
Q: What is sheer?
A: Sheer is a thinner, dressier material. Customer usually like these because they can use them as dress socks for work or church.
Q: Do I get compression at the toe area?
A: No. Compression begins at the ankle and gradually lessens as it goes up the leg. This reduces pooling in the legs and helps the veins return blood to the heart.
Q: Will a thicker material give me more support than the sheer material?
A: No. The compression provided is measured by mmHg and is the same no matter the material. The choice of material is up to you, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: If I get pantyhose will I get more compression than with a knee-hi?
A: No.
