Juzo Ribbed Knee Hi 20-30mmHg Closed Toe

One of the most popular socks from Juzo for men and women, and it's a great value. This ribbed sock can be worn with dress or casual clothes, and is available in regular and short lengths with a closed toe.  Therapeutic graduated compression improves circulation in the legs and brings relief to a wide range of medical conditions. Easy to care for, can be machine washed and dried.

This stocking provides 20-30mmHg of gradient compression. This level helps improve blood flow, prevent edema (swelling), and reduce the discomfort caused by moderate to severe varicose veins. It helps in recovery from sclerotherapy and other post-surgical procedures, and it helps prevent the recurrence of venous ulcerations. Woven from 56% nylon and 44% spandex in the USA.

Why compromise? With classic ribbed styling and the benefits of compression therapy, you can have the additional support you need and the wardrobe versatility you want - whether you’re in an all-day business meeting or taking an all-day bus trip!

I am new to wearing compression stockings and I had already bought a pair locally. All I could find was sheer and they were hard to put on. The Wound Clinic at UNMH recommended your sight so I checked out and decided on the Juzo Ribbed stockings. The ease of ordering on your site was outstanding as well as the ability to decipher product information. When I received them I opened the package and was totally delited with the material. The fit and feel of these stockings are incredible and I am reordering. Being a Correctional Officer and being on my feet 8 to 16 hours a day, these stockings feel great all day with no slippage. At the end of the day my legs feel as good as they do first thing in the morning.

I have been using this Juzo knee highs 4201AD over one year, wears well and frequent washing does no harm to the 56% lycra. Very comfortable, no leg swelling or pain.

When the doctor told me I would have to wear these stockings for the rest of my life, I was not to happy. What was worst medicare didn't cover them, even though I had a medical condition. The first place I went to wanted $90 a pair. My wife and I looked around, but that was the going price. The one place I went to said they would give me a break since it wasn't covered and charged me $75 a pair, and I had to buy two pairs. After 8 months, I needed new ones so we went back. This was our lucky day cause they didn't have the ones I needed and said they would order different ones. So we told them to wait on it and my wife went on the computer and looked who carried Juzo stockings, like the ones I had and she came across Discount Surgical Stockings, not only did they have my stockings they were on sale for $23.96. We ordered them and have order other colors since. What a life saver for us. The service is great too.

Q & A

Ask a Question
Questions that are on Your Mind
Q: Can you help me with sizing?
A: You can view the size chart here: size chart
You will need accurate measurements, so first learn how to measure.
Q: What is compression? What is the difference in compression?
A: You wear compression stockings to improve blood flow in your legs. Compression stockings gently squeeze your legs to move blood up your legs. This helps prevent leg swelling and, to a lesser extent, blood clots.
Q: What does mmHg mean?
A: mmhg stands for "millimeter of mercury", a way to measure pressure. The higher the number, the tighter the garment will squeeze and the more compression it provides.
Q: How can we wash the garments? And with which soap or detergent?
A: We recommend to hand wash in warm water and air dry. You can use mild soup of the washing solution that we provide such as the jobst jolastic, hosiery mate washing solution, sigvaris liquid washing solution etc. See our full washing instructions.
Q: What is the difference between open toe and close toe?
A: There is no therapeutic difference between open and closed toe socks. The choice is yours, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: What is opaque?
A: Opaque is a thicker material that provides great coverage and your skin will be far less visible. Usually worn in winter because of the thickness.
Q: What is sheer?
A: Sheer is a thinner, dressier material. Customer usually like these because they can use them as dress socks for work or church.
Q: Do I get compression at the toe area?
A: No. Compression begins at the ankle and gradually lessens as it goes up the leg. This reduces pooling in the legs and helps the veins return blood to the heart.
Q: Will a thicker material give me more support than the sheer material?
A: No. The compression provided is measured by mmHg and is the same no matter the material. The choice of material is up to you, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: If I get pantyhose will I get more compression than with a knee-hi?
A: No.
