I ordered these socks for my senior mom who was having some swelling in her right leg. After reviewing many different compression socks on-line I settled on these because they are mostly cotton and moderate compression. She loves them and they are improving her leg swelling. We bought one pair in white and one pair in black. Great price and customer service too.

I purchased these for my husband, who has very bad varicose veins, and he loves the thickness of the foot/soles of these socks!!!

Very soft cushioning for foot. Good fit over all except for leg length. I am 5'9" tall and socks come no where near knee length. But overall support and comfort is good.

These JUZO Silver Sole Knee High Compression Socks: are just what I needed. I bought the 12 -16 mmHg so I could wear all day and even through the night in comfort without any worry of "over-wearing" and chancing the riskier side effects from a higher compression level if worn more than a few hours. These compression socks relieve the swelling in my feet & ankles caused by side effects of medication I have to take. They also relieve the achiness and soreness in my feet and legs caused by my chronic pain issues. I highly recommend these socks. {A} for comfort. {A} for design & style. {A} for fit. {A} for value. Thank you and enjoy. I know I am, because any relief I can provide for my body is worth every piece of "silver" I have.

I have been buying these in white and dyeing them with Dylon permanent dye with great results. On the leg some of the white from the elastic shows as it dosent take the dye. But this is a great way to get out of the black or white rut with compression socks that have great cushioning. Am having fun now mixing colors to match certain kilts.

In my job I am required to wear heavy steel toed work boots. I walk on concrete floors for 8 hours a day. For years I dealt with sore feet and legs. Not any more. These socks are just what I needed to take the pain out of my job. They fit great and feel great. I will be ordering more.

Q & A

Ask a Question
1 question for this item
Q: I have an active job. Will these socks stay up during my continual walking up and down hallways and stairs?
A: These garments are ment to stay up on the leg, However the same depends on everyones contouring of the leg.
Questions that are on Your Mind
Q: Can you help me with sizing?
A: You can view the size chart here: size chart
You will need accurate measurements, so first learn how to measure.
Q: What is compression? What is the difference in compression?
A: You wear compression stockings to improve blood flow in your legs. Compression stockings gently squeeze your legs to move blood up your legs. This helps prevent leg swelling and, to a lesser extent, blood clots.
Q: What does mmHg mean?
A: mmhg stands for "millimeter of mercury", a way to measure pressure. The higher the number, the tighter the garment will squeeze and the more compression it provides.
Q: How can we wash the garments? And with which soap or detergent?
A: We recommend to hand wash in warm water and air dry. You can use mild soup of the washing solution that we provide such as the jobst jolastic, hosiery mate washing solution, sigvaris liquid washing solution etc. See our full washing instructions.
Q: What is the difference between open toe and close toe?
A: There is no therapeutic difference between open and closed toe socks. The choice is yours, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: What is opaque?
A: Opaque is a thicker material that provides great coverage and your skin will be far less visible. Usually worn in winter because of the thickness.
Q: What is sheer?
A: Sheer is a thinner, dressier material. Customer usually like these because they can use them as dress socks for work or church.
Q: Do I get compression at the toe area?
A: No. Compression begins at the ankle and gradually lessens as it goes up the leg. This reduces pooling in the legs and helps the veins return blood to the heart.
Q: Will a thicker material give me more support than the sheer material?
A: No. The compression provided is measured by mmHg and is the same no matter the material. The choice of material is up to you, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: If I get pantyhose will I get more compression than with a knee-hi?
A: No.
