Why do I have to give a quote request? Asked by Laura
There is no need to submit a quote request. But if you are purchasing several pairs of stockings, you can submit a quote request, and we can check options for you.
Can I cancel an order due to ordering incorrect size and then reorder correct size? Asked by Carolyn
Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, a change cannot be made. If called immediately after the order is placed, the most we can do is cancel and refund.
how does rush shipping work, I see standard and express does rush go same day if after a certain time

If an order is placed before 2 p.m., it ships out the same day. This is true for all shipping options. Standard shipping refers to the shipment of products through the post office and can typically take 5–10 business days. Rush shipping is through the post office as well and usually takes 4-5 business days. As for Fedex, it's simply the choice of carrier, and it can be between 2 and 5 days.
What payment options are accepted?
We accept most major credit card company options such as: Matercard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay and FSA cards (please rememer to submit us to your list).
Can an order payment be split ?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer the option to split payments.
