Do you exchange products? I think I might want the open-toe and will return the unopened "closed toe" product I ordered. Is there a charge for shipping for an exchange? Asked by Veronica
At the moment, we find that the easiest way to "exchange" is by returning for a refund and placing a new order. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back.
How long does the return process usually take?
Generally, there is about a 2-week turn-around time. Time may vary due to distance and the shipping option the customer decides to return with. All returns are processed in the order they are received. Please keep any tracking information as added proof of return.
