The stockings are less expensive than I can buy here anywhere, are of excellent quality, last a long time, and came very quickly after ordering. This is an excellent company to deal with.

I just bought 2 pairs last week . I'm been using compression socks the last 5 years , mostly Jobst stocking . There were never had any tags on these stocking , always had printed inside and fading out after few time you washed them . Two new pairs I just bought last week all had tags on each leg . Really ? At first , these tag were wrinkle so I got irritated so bad . Later on , I keep fixing them , make sure these tags staying flat straight ... but then , they made imprint the square exactly the size of the tag on my both legs . I really don't like that . I spent 15 minutes carefully remove these tags , tried not to ruin the stocking . Please don't put any more tags on them . There is no need for the tags . Other than that . They fit well . I'm only 4'11" , so petite size fit perfectly for me . Other brands make them way too long . One more thing is color , it say natural color but it really dark . Right now is fall so I wear long pants so I don't mind when the stocking darker inside ( it doesn't show it ) But if I wear capri pants , I have light skin and dark legs , that would be funny looking , don't you think ? So , please make them lighter color in natural .

Have worn medi support knee highs for years. They are well made, fit perfectly following the measuring guidelines, & hold up to everyday wear following the recommended care guidelines. They are comfortable to wear doing the job they are made to do when you're on your feet all day long.

These stockings are tremendous. They last a long time with the proper care. The beige color is great and goes with anything and doesn't look like orthopedic accessories. I have to wear these because my vein valves will not close. This do the job. Just wish they weren't so expensive.

These socks are very nice. The only problem I have with them is that they gather on my right foot just where the ankle and the leg meet (the bend). They bunch up there and I get really red and they hurt there. By the end of the day, I have a red ring there that really hurts and if I didn't adjust them several times a day.

After trying about four brands of compression stockings, I reorder the Medi Comfort Knee-High along with one other brand with a longer foot and a very roomy toe area; and I alternate the two brands because wearing either brand of stocking exclusively creates problems with my toes and/or the top of my right instep which is larger than my left. The Medi Comfort stockings seem to be designed for a person wearing a size 7 or 8 shoe because the distance from heel to toe is too short for my size 11 feet, and this causes extreme and uncomfortable cramping of my toes and hammer toe issues. I have discovered that if I don't pull the heel up far enough to conform to my actual heel, my toes are quite comfortable, but the top of my right instep develops a sore which requires a bandage. Alternating with the other brand which also causes the sore on top of my instep helps a bit because the toes are more comfortable. It seems that no one has come up with a stocking that can provide the right amount of stretch to comfortably accommodate different foot sizes. The main reason I stick with Medi despite the difficulties with toe and instep problems is the ease with which Medi can be put on and taken off. The alternate brand is very difficult to don and then to take off. Also, the relative softness of the Medi fabric is a good feature.

Q & A

Ask a Question
1 question for this item
Q: Are these closed toed
Questions that are on Your Mind
Q: Can you help me with sizing?
A: You can view the size chart here: size chart
You will need accurate measurements, so first learn how to measure.
Q: What is compression? What is the difference in compression?
A: You wear compression stockings to improve blood flow in your legs. Compression stockings gently squeeze your legs to move blood up your legs. This helps prevent leg swelling and, to a lesser extent, blood clots.
Q: What does mmHg mean?
A: mmhg stands for "millimeter of mercury", a way to measure pressure. The higher the number, the tighter the garment will squeeze and the more compression it provides.
Q: How can we wash the garments? And with which soap or detergent?
A: We recommend to hand wash in warm water and air dry. You can use mild soup of the washing solution that we provide such as the jobst jolastic, hosiery mate washing solution, sigvaris liquid washing solution etc. See our full washing instructions.
Q: What is the difference between open toe and close toe?
A: There is no therapeutic difference between open and closed toe socks. The choice is yours, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: What is opaque?
A: Opaque is a thicker material that provides great coverage and your skin will be far less visible. Usually worn in winter because of the thickness.
Q: What is sheer?
A: Sheer is a thinner, dressier material. Customer usually like these because they can use them as dress socks for work or church.
Q: Do I get compression at the toe area?
A: No. Compression begins at the ankle and gradually lessens as it goes up the leg. This reduces pooling in the legs and helps the veins return blood to the heart.
Q: Will a thicker material give me more support than the sheer material?
A: No. The compression provided is measured by mmHg and is the same no matter the material. The choice of material is up to you, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: If I get pantyhose will I get more compression than with a knee-hi?
A: No.
