Mojo
Athletic Compression Socks
Model M809

Mojo Coolmax Recovery & Performance Sports Compression Socks 20-30mmHg Firm Support.

Mojo is the #1 Selling Sports Compression Sock Brand -- Our radical designs and colors keeps you stylish - on the road - at the gym - or recovering at home.

By adding the technology 20-30mmHg compression, these graduated compression socks give you the added benefit of improved circulation while performing any sport or leisure activity. You will notice your legs feel better at the end of any activity. Manufactured with Cool-Max, a fiber that pulls moisture from the skin and is absorbed to the outside of the sock. These are a bit thicker than our elite series socks, with additional thickness around the entire foot area, giving a new level of comfort in a support sock. Ideal for athletics, walking shoes, golf and any casual or sporting activity. The thickness is about that of an athletic sock, so no need to worry about larger sized shoes.

Mojo Sports compression socks are specifically engineered to match specific contours of each foot. Selective cushioning allows for padding and compression to be strategically placed in key areas, providing essential shock absorption. Better fitting socks can cut down on blisters and other irritations caused when your foot slides around within your sneaker. Used by professional triathletes around the world, Graduated Compression socks are scientifically proven - to maximize power, boost energy, and speed recovery time. These socks do make a difference Sold per pair.

Material composition: 45% Nylon 25% Lycra Spandex 30% Coolmax

Mojo Compression Socks maximize muscle oxygenation and boost energy with unparalleled, scientifically optimized, compression technology for all-day benefits. True medical-grade,  graduated compression socks - strongest at the ankle and gradually diminishes as it goes up the leg - not just providing a squeezing effect like many other compression products.

These socks have everything right about them as far as quality and sizing but they just don't work for me. When I wear compression socks that are higher compression than the least, my legs ache so bad with them on that I have to take them off and they squish my toes and feet so badly that after I take them off my toes have cramps. This is the first time I have tried compression socks with mid range compression. I can wear socks in the lowest range of compression but not these. I ordered others for my son that were all black and he had a difficult time putting them on because there was nothing to indicate where the toe and heel is. And because he needs a very large calf, I couldn't find any with this company in his size. This company seems to cater to athletic users and not medical needs people, the ones who need these kinds of socks the most. It was very disappointing and frustrating to not be able to get what I needed from this company because the socks are a quality made product.

After realizing I had to wear 20/30’s due to lymph edema I jumped at the opportunity to buy 2 pairs each of which were bright blue and yellow. The sox have “pizzazz”! Don’t wear them everyday but they’re fun!

They seem to be great quality. Padded sole. Very comfortable material. They look like theyl last. But, the top is somewhat tight, not intolerable. And, I need an XL, because of my calf size, but my sock size is average, for a woman. The sock size apparently changes with the overall size. So, the foot size is too big, but tolerable. The calf size is a little bit tight.

In general I like the socks but they are too tight at the top. Also there is not uniformity in size. Some pairs fit better than others. For that reason I probably won't order them again.

They look and feel different from other compression socks, but I've decided that I like them a lot.

Love these socks! I have them in black, blue and purple, plus various patterns. The purple comes closest in color to my SilverSneakers tank which I wear to teach my SilverSneakers classes. Since I teach five senior classes per week, I wear a different color or pattern each class. I make a fashion statement in my gym and have recommended MoJo Socks to many who comment on my socks. The quality and value is awesome, plus customer support is the greatest.

Q & A

Ask a Question
1 question for this item
Q: I have a 11 inch ankle, 16 inch calf. size chart shows shoe size only. whats your suggestion?
Questions that are on Your Mind
Q: Can you help me with sizing?
A: You can view the size chart here: size chart
You will need accurate measurements, so first learn how to measure.
Q: What is compression? What is the difference in compression?
A: You wear compression stockings to improve blood flow in your legs. Compression stockings gently squeeze your legs to move blood up your legs. This helps prevent leg swelling and, to a lesser extent, blood clots.
Q: What does mmHg mean?
A: mmhg stands for "millimeter of mercury", a way to measure pressure. The higher the number, the tighter the garment will squeeze and the more compression it provides.
Q: How can we wash the garments? And with which soap or detergent?
A: We recommend to hand wash in warm water and air dry. You can use mild soup of the washing solution that we provide such as the jobst jolastic, hosiery mate washing solution, sigvaris liquid washing solution etc. See our full washing instructions.
Q: What is the difference between open toe and close toe?
A: There is no therapeutic difference between open and closed toe socks. The choice is yours, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: What is opaque?
A: Opaque is a thicker material that provides great coverage and your skin will be far less visible. Usually worn in winter because of the thickness.
Q: What is sheer?
A: Sheer is a thinner, dressier material. Customer usually like these because they can use them as dress socks for work or church.
Q: Do I get compression at the toe area?
A: No. Compression begins at the ankle and gradually lessens as it goes up the leg. This reduces pooling in the legs and helps the veins return blood to the heart.
Q: Will a thicker material give me more support than the sheer material?
A: No. The compression provided is measured by mmHg and is the same no matter the material. The choice of material is up to you, whichever is more comfortable.
Q: If I get pantyhose will I get more compression than with a knee-hi?
A: No.
