At discountsurgical.com, loyalty goes both ways. Our Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you for your continued business — every time you shop, you earn cash rewards you can redeem toward future orders. The more you shop, the more you save.

This page explains how the program works, including how to join, how to earn and cash rewards, and the terms that apply. By enrolling in or participating in the Rewards Program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

How It Works

It's simple: earn cash rewards with every purchase, then redeem those cash rewards toward future orders. There's no fee to join, and points are credited automatically to your registered account.

Eligibility & Joining the Program

Membership is free, but a registered account is required to earn and redeem points.

• You must create and be signed in to a registered account on discountsurgical.com to participate.
• Enrollment is automatic once you create your account — there's nothing extra to activate.
• Rewards are associated with the email address used at the time of purchase. Points cannot be combined across multiple accounts.

Earning Cash rewards

You earn money on every qualifying purchase:

• Every $100 = $1 earned.
• Cash rewards are calculated on your purchase amount before taxes, shipping, and any discounts already applied.
• Cash rewards are credited to your account once your order has shipped and the return window has closed.

Which Orders Qualify

Only orders placed while logged in to your registered account, or placed over the phone, will earn cash rewards

• Logged-in online orders: Make sure you're signed in to your account before you check out so your purchase is linked to your rewards balance.
• Phone orders: Orders placed over the phone with our team will be credited to your account.

⚠️ Please note: If you place an order as a guest, it will not be reflected in your cash rewards. Guest orders cannot be linked to a registered account after the fact, so we're unable to apply points to a guest purchase retroactively. To make sure you cash rewards on every order, always sign in to your account first or let us know your account details when ordering by phone. Redeeming Points

Your cash rewards are worth real savings on future orders:

• $100 = $1 earned your next eligible order.
• Redeem cash rewards at checkout by applying your available balance to your order total.
• You can view your current balance anytime in your account dashboard.
• Cash rewards may be redeemed in increments of 100, subject to a minimum balance.

Redeemed cash rewards are deducted from your balance when you place your order. If an order is cancelled or returned, redeemed points will be credited back to your account where applicable.

Point Value & Limitations

• Cash rewards cannot be exchanged for actual cash, transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.
• Cash rewards are not your property and carry no value until redeemed in accordance with these terms.
• Cash rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards or applied retroactively to past orders, including guest orders.
• We reserve the right to set or adjust the value of cash rewards and the cost of rewards at any time.

Returns, Refunds & Adjustments

• If you return an item, any cash rewards earned on that purchase will be deducted from your account.
• If your balance goes negative as a result of a return, the deficit will be corrected against future earnings.
• If you used cash rewards on an order that is later cancelled or returned, the redeemed cash rewards will be credited back to your account where applicable.

Account Standing

To earn and cash rewards, your account must be in good standing. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or adjust cash rewards — or to terminate a membership — in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, returns or chargebacks that indicate misuse, or conduct that violates our general Terms of Service.

Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program — in whole or in part — at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to earning rates, redemption values, eligibility, and these terms. If we discontinue the program, we'll provide reasonable notice and a window to redeem any outstanding points where required.
