Sigvaris 602 Diabetic Compression Socks are 20-30 mmHg. If the leg length is less than or equal to 16", you should get the short length. Above 16" is long.

I am not diabetic, but do need to wear compression socks all my waking hours. I wanted socks I could wear after my shower in the evenings that would give my feet a rest from the compression, and also supply some support my legs until bedtime. These socks do the trick!! Very comfortable!
