Returns are Simple, Easy & Fast

It is imperative that you have a proper fitting garment - if the fit or style is not sufficient, we will work with you to find the perfect size and style! We recommend you call us at 800-982-0939 for professional assistance in getting the correct size and style. Or, you can easily set up your returns online. Simply login to your account and click on the Returns tab

We only sell the highest quality products.

All items are brand new/first quality - fully functional direct from the manufacturer. They are always tested, inspected and evaluated prior to shipment.

Please inspect your merchandise for any defects, and try them on to ensure correct size when they first arrive.

  • Products cannot be returned after 30 days of invoice. 
  • Products that have been damaged due to consumer negligence may not be returned
  • All products must be returned in original manufacture packaging
  • Garments with pet hair, Smell of cigarettes, or any other odor may not be returned
  • You may try on the garment - If the product looks more than tried on there will be, a restocking fee issued of 20% or possible refusal of the return
  • Call or initiate a RMA request before sending an item back.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization Numbers are ONLY Valid for 2 weeks.
  • Returns without RMA# will be refused.
  • Shipping Charges are Non-refundable.
  • Please wash your garment prior to returning 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the items back through any carrier they prefer. Please include the RMA# inside the package.

Returns Policy

To ensure smooth processing, ALL RETURNS must be accompanied by an RMA number. Eligible returns receive a free prepaid return label. We only sell the highest quality products. All items are brand new/first quality - fully functional direct from the manufacturer. They are always tested, inspected, and evaluated prior to shipment. Please inspect your merchandise for any defects, and try them on to ensure correct size when they first arrive.

Obtain an RMA number through phone, email, chat, or account login.

  • Phone: 800-982-0939, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. EST, Sat - Sun: 9 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Email: Send return requests to support@discountsurgical.com, including order details, items, quantities, and reasons for return.
  • Chat: Initiate a chat via the website, providing order details and return reasons.
  • Account: Log in to your account on the website, locate your order, and follow the provided return instructions. Account Login Note: Guest orders need to contact via phone, email, or chat.

  • New, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items that have been opened or gently worn may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are laundered beforehand.
  • Garments with pet hair, smell of cigarettes, or any other odor may not be returned.
  • For defective items, submission of photographic evidence, along with order details, to support@discountsurgical.com is required for assessment.
  • Items labeled as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on our website cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Replacements require a picture submission; the new item matches the original item.
  • Defective items must be substantiated with evidence.
  • A complimentary prepaid label is available for eligible returns. Requests can be made via phone, email, or the return portal on our website.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon warehouse receipt, with processing times typically spanning 24-48 business hours. Orders paid by checks are refunded as store credit.
  • An email with the RMA Packing Slip will be sent to the order email. Print or insert the RMA Number inside the package.
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice.


Exceptions

  • Mediven items lacking the original box will incur a 20% restocking fee. 
  • International orders bear return shipping costs and are ineligible for return labels outside the USA.
